• When will my item arrive?
    Due to extremely high demand, please allow an additional 8-10 days for order processing. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Shipping depends on the option that you chose and can be from 1 day to 1 week.
  • Do you offer same-day delivery?
    Unfortunately we do not. Our suppliers ship as soon as they can, which is usually within a 1 to 7 business days. The fastest shipping option is 1 day, after processing.


  • Which payment methods can I use?
    Credit or debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB) through Stripe and PayPal. Web payments (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) through Stripe. PayPal Credit, which makes it easy to finance purchases, is available for some customers depending on location and browser.
  • Can I purchase gift vouchers?
    Not yet! We will be adding this feature in 2021 due to the increased demand for it. Thank you for your patience on this.

    How do I return an item?
    Return or exchange any Modere item in just three simple steps:Package your return securely. Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice.Send it back to us using a trackable delivery service.Returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of the date you received your order.
    Please do not combine orders for return; only one order per package.
